Raquel is 62 years young, a retired Government worker, a single mom, and was born and raised in Queens, New York. SHe currently lives in Sarasota, Florida. In December 2022, after surviving a massive heart attack, medically induced coma, a stroke during the coma, having her right leg amputated, Raquel radiates positivity, is proud of her scars and the victories that she has overcome, and is a proud example of learning to Embrace the New You!
